After low temperature plasma surface treatment, many physical and chemical changes will occur on the material surface, or corrosion roughness, or dense cross-linking layer will be formed, or oxygen-containing polar groups will be introduced, which will improve the hydrophilicity, adhesion, adsorbability, biocompatibility and electrical properties respectively.
